Challenge
Existing online marketplaces can create friction between discovering an item and coordinating with a nearby seller, particularly around location, product details, and communication. We wanted to make local buying and selling feel more intuitive, trustworthy, and seamless.
Objective
Design an end-to-end mobile experience that enables users to discover nearby items, understand key product details, communicate directly with sellers, and coordinate transactions through integrated location features.
Results
Developed and iterated on the app’s core user flows and interface, incorporating user feedback to improve navigation, product discovery, listing clarity, and communication. The iterative design process resulted in a more intuitive experience while demonstrating how user research and testing can directly inform product decisions.
